A new opportunity has arisen for a Retail Security Guard to join the CN Security Family. We are looking for new members to join our highly skilled Security team at Cambridge to provide a safe and secure working environment for Supermarket.
Overview:
· Salary: £11.50 per hr in weekday and £11.90 per hr in weekends
· Hours: Available Part - time and Full - time
· Location: Cambridge
· Shifts: 4 days on 4 days off
Security officer responsibilities:
· Be part of the existing security team providing the highest level of security, ensuring compliance by all employees of the Company policy relating to Health & Safety and Fire.
· Present a clean smart professional image at all times, and report for work and duties at the scheduled time.
· Have full knowledge of duty related situations relating security procedures relating to criminal activity.
· Have full knowledge in store emergency procedures relating to evac and invac situations.
· Protect the company’s property and personnel and assist in the detention of criminals through prevention and detection of criminals.
· Maintain the confidentiality of the department at all times ensuring regulations relating to the data protection are followed.
Security Officer must have:
· Valid SIA Licence
· Practical application of conflict resolution and conflict management within a team
· Providing customer service delivery as part of the Security function of the property
· Providing door supervisory related duties at entrances/exits to primary bars and restaurants.
· Assisting with implementing Legal, Health, Safety and Corporate compliance regulations and policies
· Supporting the team to deliver 24 hour 365 days a year professional security operation.
