Accounts Assistant
A busy, friendly, established Solicitors practice of over 70 years, in Broadwater, just north of Worthing town centre is looking for an Assistant to help in the Accounts Department for 3 days per week (office-based) to include Thursday and Friday.
Duties and responsibilities: -
- Using Quill accounts software to assist in running client and office accounts
- Vouching bills and statements and entry on computer
- Bank and other reconciliations
- Use of Barclays.Net to send and receive payments
- Generally assisting in all aspects of accounts
- Adherence to Solicitors Accounts Rules
- Complying with the processes and procedures as detailed in the office manual
- Other duties as may be reasonably required
- All members of staff are expected to work as part of a team. Within the team, there is an understanding of mutual assistance and co-operation with each other. Any member of the team may expect to give and receive help as required.

Salary Range:
- £24,000 to £25,000 (full time equivalent) (£14,400-£15,000)
