Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: £11.39 per hour
- Location: L/Derry
- Hours of Work: 37 hrs per week, Monday to Friday 9.00 am – 5.00 pm
- Holidays: 36 days pro rata
- Duration: Temporary, ongoing

Duties include:
- Assist in the day to day running of Facilities and Accommodation Department, ensuring that all services, contracts and work streams are delivered and monitored throughout the regions for the duration of the contracts.
- Obtain quotations for any new products or services that are outside the scope of any facilities goods and services contract and to process invoices for payment for a variety of goods and services.
- To assist in the preparation of the department’s monthly performance booklets, budget monitoring and expenditure for reporting purposes.
- Management of the relevant electronic purchasing systems.
- To assist Management and ensure that all buildings within the region are compliant with H&S requirements and suitable records are maintained.
- To assist in managing the works registers and compliance checklists within the respective region.
- To provide cover for the Regional Facilities Manager as and when required.
Criteria:
- Experience of fulfilling a role in a customer facing organisation and working as part of a team
- Knowledge of the workings of an Electronic Purchasing System or procurement system
- Experience in producing monthly reports to Management
- Experience in working with suppliers and contractors
- Experience in scheduling cyclical works programmes
- Experience of coordinating H&S recommendations and records
