This is an incredibly exciting and unique opportunity to join a market leading BTR Developer as their Marketing Manager. You’ll be responsible for raising awareness and promoting the many benefits of their private rental properties, focusing on their target marketings to position them as marketing leader.

You’ll head up a Marketing team working in collaboration and with lots of autonomy and less red tape.
Marketing Manager key duties:
- All marketing (including digital) activity to support lettings performance against targets and KPI’s
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with business objectives
- Devising scheme specific marketing campaigns to support the lettings strategies
- Managing the Marketing Team
- Delivering services on target, within budget while making a significant contribution to profits
- Plan and oversee successful, innovative PR campaigns that support lettings and marketing targets and objectives and maximize awareness and understanding of their products and services
- Manage agency relationships (PR, communications, consultants etc.) to maximize opportunities, proofread press releases, check PR activity and case studies
- Ensure corporate identity guidelines are properly applied and adhered to internally and externally, both in print and online
- Ensure the App is rolled out and KPIs are set for the community engagement work surrounding the app and adhered too
- Lead on Events and building strong communities within Folio London’s developments
Marketing Manager requirements:
- Marketing experience within the Property industry
- A thorough understanding and passion for the PRS sector
- People management experience
- Experience of managing projects to deliver successful outcomes completing data analysis
Package for the Marketing Manager:
£56,000 to £63,000
