Account Management
Serve as the primary liaison between Compugraphics and our existing & target customers.
Develops and implements sales plans & account strategies to ensure strategic, and global sales goals are met. This would include responsibility for budgeting, and forecasting of customer activity in your portfolio.
Develops and directs the customer-facing sales activities to align business strategy with current and future customer needs and requirements.
Nurtures and develop key relationships at an operational and strategic level, both internal and external, by profiling the customer to understand their business and organizational structure and the dynamics between key decision makers.
Interface with the two manufacturing sites to help provide technical solutions and quotations
Produce regular customer progress reports (internal and external)
Communicate and coordinate key account activities with the Operations and Management Team and relevant manufacturing sites
Organise and lead regular business review meetings with customers both remotely and face-to-face
Business Development
Responsibility to identify and develop new business opportunities in your customer portfolio/ territory using an ATLAS (Salesforce) led approach and structure
Engage closely with customers to increase business share
Support marketing activity including online campaigns; participation at trade shows and seminars
