This is an exciting opportunity for a Programme Coordinator to work within a globally renowned technology company for 6 months on a fixed term contract fully remotely!

Programme Coordinator Responsibilities:

• Tracking status and progress on quality efforts across multiple horizontal and vertical product teams and communicating blockers and cross team dependencies
• Maintaining documentation on process, product and design principles, and guidance for partner teams
• Facilitating meetings, capturing notes and clearly communicating action items and follow ups to all stakeholders to drive teams forward in the product development process
• Coordinating tasks and triaging to appropriate stakeholders
• Managing calendar invites, schedules, room bookings, and agendas for all meetings and workshops
• Creating regular reports and communications on program health, progress, and status to relevant stakeholders
• Running retrospectives to identify process improvements
• Collaborating closely with Design Program Managers and Product Managers to prioritize and de-prioritize workstreams

Programme Coordinator Essentials:

• Minimum of 4 years of project coordination experience, ideally within tech
• Experience working in environments with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritise appropriately
