Job Description
Main purpose of role: To collaborate as a key part of our in-house marketing team and work closely alongside the Senior Creative Artworker and Head of Marketing to produce a library of on brand marketing collateral, including digital assets.
Location: Mayfair
Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.30pm (Office based, not hybrid)
Salary: £25,000-£35,000
Key Responsibilities
Producing the company’s brand collateral (internal and external) across all brands including property brochures, canvassing materials, advertising, forms and signage. Working to tight deadlines, within brand guidelines and producing work of the highest standard.
● Design and creative ideas for brand and promotional campaigns.
● Create digital elements including GIF’s for use on Dexters intranet, websites, Instagram, LinkedIn, portals and digital displays.
● Assist with design of emailers and newsletters (Mailchimp/Mailing Manager).
● Production of bespoke signage including boards, hoarding, vinyls and kiosk.
● Assist in magazine and advertising production.
● Design and update departmental collateral.
● Produce and update internal and external forms.
● Various rebrand projects e.g. new acquisitions.
● Experience in photo editing and map drawing.
Key Requirements
● Excellent working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite.
● Experience in digital design.
● Proficient in all Microsoft packages including Excel and Powerpoint.
● Proactive, resourceful and the ability to maintain and challenge design.
● Previous design experience.
