A great opportunity to join the newly created Avaloq Core Platform Division. The ACP division is dedicated to building on our solid 25+ year reputation of delivering a streamlined core banking solution allowing banks and wealth managers to optimally serve their customers. We want to accelerate client requests that enhance our product, reduce our kernel backlog to minimize client escalations, enable trusted, convenient, and scalable banking of crypto assets and develop a clear roadmap for the Avaloq Core Platform.

The ACP division has merged Banking Core, Transactional Functions, and parts of ACP Disruptive Innovation to adopt best practices and evolve the core platform and advance our Crypto offering to secure future clients. We want to strengthen the focus of our teams and enable efficiencies while retaining their cross-collaboration abilities.

Your mission will be to:

• Work closely with Product Management and the development team to delivery high quality analysis to drive the implementation of new features, regulatory change, updates or bug fixes.
• Quickly becoming an SME you will write requirements documents describing new features and its acceptance criteria.
• Work with the development team to support with implementations and testing, breaking down new features into Epics and User Stories.
• Prioritize team's backlog in alignment with the Development teams.
• Ensure Quality Assurance via the execution of automated and manual tests and work with technical writers to make sure that documentation is up to date.
• Organize and facilitate workshops with customers and partners.

What you need to have:

• Strong proven track record of working in a similar role ideally within a fintech or financial services company
• CFA, IMC or CIPM or equivalent and Good experience with portfolio/wealth management and investment performance calculation functionality
• Well versed with software delivery lifecycles ideally in an agile environment.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to present complex information in an easy to understand manner and comfortable working solo as you are within a fast paced collaborative environment
