Handover Manager - GSK

Key Responsibilities
Managing the handover of the full M&E work scope to the client using clients HOP and MACC processes.-
You will lead the co-ordination and management of handover, predominately “acceptance/commissioning” related, ensuring deliverables are closed-out against their planned benefit outcomes.

Work collaboratively with stakeholders for agreement / buy in on the certification and handover strategies

Attend weekly Handover Meetings with both the client and the customer.

Undertake regular checks to ensure the handover documentation being produced is suitable for transfer to the Client and other stakeholders

Monitor and track to closure all documents relevant for handover e.g. SIS & O+M’s

Participate in improvement workshops to support continual improvement when required

Support the quality team with other activities as directed by the quality Manager.
Experience & Qualifications
Experience on Project Handover in a highly requlated industry-
Experienec with Completion in GMP (Desirable)
