Day to Day duties:
Mailroom sorting and distributing.
General office admin duties.
Reviewing and ordering stationery stock.
Front of House telephone duties.
Booking and arranging of meeting rooms.
Assisting with company events.
What will make you successful in this role:
This role will be a hybrid role of Facilities mixed with general office administration duties. To be successful in this role you will need great attention to detail and will have to keep health and safety at the forefront of your mind, working to health and safety guidelines under the supervision of the Facilities Services Team Leader.
Strong Communication skills both written and verbal, and you will be enthusiastic about delivering excellent quality service to the fee earners.
You will need to be proactive and use your own initiative– Forward planning is essential.
Experience using a document management system and proficiency at using Excel, Word and Adobe Reader.
