As a Security Relief Officer, you will be expected to cover multiple security posts internal and external.
Security experience is desirable but not essential, however, the successful candidate must have excellent customer service and the ability to adapt to an evolving working environment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Meeting and Greeting Visitors
- Detecting and deter any threats in or around our building
- Taking direction from the management team
- Providing a world class customer experience
- Working seamlessly with other service providers and departments
- Adhering to all site-based Work Instructions
- Searching and scanning
- Crowd Control
Requirements:
- SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- Emergency First Aid at work qualification
- Great Communication skills
- Being well groomed and always presented
- Always looking at how we can improve our own performance and how we can improve our service delivery
- Winning mentality
- Be able to follow instruction but also be an able to make critical decision when required
- Be good at taking ownership
