About Our Client

My client is a well known public institute with a HQ in London. This role is fully remote.

Job Description

• Bank reconciliations
• Reconciliation of GoCardless
• Reconciliation of SagePay
• Reconciliation of Paypal
• Reconciliation of the Fixed Assets and accounting for new additions, disposals, etc
• Reconciliation of the Creditors analysis
• Assisting with month end reconciliations and helping to improve current templates
• Assisting with the VAT returns
• Assisting with processing financial transactions, for example general journals, payroll journals, balance sheet journals etc

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will come from a strong finance background with excellent knowledge of reconciliations.

• Knowledge of working with different income streams and multiple payment platforms
• Understanding and experience of reconciling the Creditors analysis and what action is required to correct balances
• Preference would be to have someone with charity finance background
• Advanced user of Excel and is able to demonstrate attention to detail
• Knowledge of Business Central would be a great advantage
