We are looking for a forward thinking Patient Safety Lead to work across the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust. You will work alongside the NCA Head of Mortality to help deliver the national Learning from Deaths agenda and support with the integration of the newly established Medical Examiners service. Development of robust Morbidity and Mortality Governance Structure Case management of Structured Judgement Revie Integration of Medical Examiners Service This is a development opportunity and candidates who can demonstrate an interest in patient safety, a strong work ethic and commitment to a career within the NHS will be considered without prior experience in quality improvement, patient safety and clinical governance. We would also be interested to hear from applicants with paralegal experience in the healthcare sector who are committed to a career in the NHS.
