The admin role is essential to the day to day running of the Ward and provides a vital service for patients and families. The role requires the post holder to carry out various tasks such as admitting, discharging and transferring of patients on e-record. The role requires effective communication with all patients, families, Health Professionals and staff within the Hospital setting, but also liaising with outside agencies, such as Ambulance Control, Patient Transport and Interpreting Services.
