On this 12-month Placement, and as a member of the International HR team, you will be a critical part of making sure every candidate and employee experiences Hologic in the best way possible, providing an informative and respectful experience for all who interact with HR.
What To Expect:
As a HR and Talent Acquisition Intern for our EMEA & Canada region, you will support our Centres of Practice on initiatives that contribute to our key goals that include attracting, hiring and retaining top talent, employee relation cases and data analytics.
You will rotate between our teams which will enable you to be hands on in projects such as policies and procedures and collating and analysing data dashboards.
What We Expect:
- Competent with Microsoft Programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Fluently work with Oracle HCM and Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
- European languages are an advantage.
- Basic principles on human resources as a function including but not limited to, employee relations, policies and procedures, organisational changes.
Educational Requirements:
Graduating in a relatable subject in 2025 (bachelor’s degree)
