This role is based in our Data & AI unit which has been entrusted to deliver an ambitious programme of work which will see data and the application of AI drive a huge transformation in the way we work and our business outcomes. This role will support the establishment of our internal governance framework across a broad portfolio of activities in the Data & AI unit.

You will work in a PMO team that works across many projects. Currently the main project for the team is around capacity & planning.

For this, you will work closely with your peers to ensure that workforce and productivity reporting becomes a regular and useful management tool for all levels of Data & AI. You'll ensure that high levels of project and programme management standards are in place, ultimately leading to the successful delivery of our strategy objectives. You'll also support on ensuring we are deploying our assets – our people and finances – in the most effective and efficient way, and that we have the right plans in place to develop these in service of our mission and strategy. They will help ensure that we are able to report on resource utilisation, plans and OKRs in support of our medium term plan (MTP) and the key initiatives delivering it.
