We have a vacancy for an experienced QUALIFIED Dispenser (NVQ level 2 in pharmacy skills essential ), and recent experience is essential, up to full time hours (37.5) a week.
This could be a post for 1 or 2 people if less hours wanted. Flexibility is essential to enable cover for other colleagues annual leave and overtime hours. Excellent IT skills required, a familiarity with pharmacy procedures and practices, good customer service and ability to us a cash register.
Saturdays 09:00 - 15:00, alternate Sundays 16:00- 22:00, Mondays 10:30-18:30 and Tuesday and other hours are available
There will be plenty of opportunities for overtime to cover annual leave and sickness which may include weekdays and evenings
we provide 10% discount on any sales, you don't have to work your birthday, and there is a bonus scheme.
This friendly independent pharmacy is open Monday-Friday 07:30 to 10pm, Saturday 08:00 to 10pm and Sunday (08:30 to 10pm), on the edge of Mansfield town centre, next door to a busy GP practice. Our team includes 3 pharmacists, an ACT, a technician, 5 full time and 6 part-time dispensers and 4 part-time counter assistants.
We are looking for someone well motivated, reliable and enthusiastic to join our team and help develop our business further. Your job will principally be based in the dispensary. We are a busy pharmacy, supply mediwallets, cover several care homes and provide a delivery service. We are committed to providing a high quality service and to on-going training to our staff, including training placements for students.
Salary is negotiable according to experience; there are 5 weeks paid annual leave plus bank holidays.
