Job Description
We are looking to appoint a part-time Bookkeeper/Accounts Assistant to undertake a wide range of duties. The role will be varied and duties will include assisting with the sales and purchase ledger activities; raising of sales invoices, gaining authorisation for purchase ledger/making supplier payments, along with bank reconciliation duties. The successful candidate will also undertake some credit control work, keep a record of staff holidays and sickness etc., preparation of leases and licences, along with some general office administration duties. Candidate must be experienced in Sage 50 Cloud Accounts. The company envisages that they will need somebody to work 10 hours per week, and these hours can be flexible on days but employee will be required to work in the office. Must have proven track record with excellent references.
