Our hourly rate for this position is £12.50 per hour.
The day shift times are 7am – 7pm
The night shift times are 7pm – 7am
This position is located in S63, Wath-Upon-Dearne. A drivers license is crucial for this role.

About the role:
In this position, your primary responsibility will involve providing care for an individual who experiences non-verbal communication due to a laryngectomy. This individual has been hospitalized for 11 months, and their family have expressed their desire of his return home. He is paralyzed from the neck down, requires ventilation for 12 hours at night. He depends on assistance with cough assist and bowel care, moving and handling will also be part of his daily routine.
We are seeking highly motivated professionals with a caring demeanour, excellent communication skills, and previous care experience, with knowledge of complex care being an added advantage. A positive attitude and friendly nature are essential attributes for this role, as you will be providing meaningful support and encouragement to enhance our client's quality of life.
To be considered for this position, you will need:
- Flexible availability.
- To be available for an interview within 48 hours.
- To be available to start work within 4 weeks.
- To be able to work days, waking nights and alternate weekends
- A current DBS (Paper or Update Service)
- A driving license.
