Hours
38 hours per week, 5 days per week. Monday to Thursday 8.00am - 4.30pm, Friday 8.00am - 3.45pm
As an office administrator, you will be responsible for handling all correspondence, answering phone lines, taking messages, preparing reports and other general office duties. You will be responsible for providing general administrative support within the fresh food production department.
Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing
Producing letters, statements and written work using Microsoft Word
Placing orders with suppliers daily, ensuring accurate levels of stock control
Effective processing of all department invoices
General office duties
Excellent numeracy skills
Good communication skills including over the telephone
