Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experience Travel consultant to join Harland and Wolff taking full ownership for corporate travel of all employees.

The Role

• Booking travel for Senior level Directors to include CEO and CFO
• Providing travel itinerary for employees
• Ensuring travel is authorised.
• Covering for the Executive assistants
• General administration
• Booking travel for VIP customers
• Negotiate best value pricing and minimise company travel spend
• Managing external customers e.g. corporate travel providers

About you

• Highly experienced booking corporate travel
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and last minute demands
• Strong administration skills
