Position Overview:
As Transport and Logistics Coordinator you will control and co-ordinate the Supply Chain transport through 3PL contracts and preferred couriers to meet the supply chain delivery promise and service excellence targets.

Transport and Logistics Coordinator Job Description:

Co-ordinate transport ensuring that delivery times and schedules are met. Co-ordinate all non-conformance issues with transport suppliers ensuring actions are taken and problems resolved.

Work with preferred transport suppliers to ensure we get best service and cost. Co-ordinate the transport invoices to ensure correct costs are charged and accounted for. (25%)

Support Transport and Logistics controller in managing transport suppliers through regular supplier reviews and measurement. Ensure all Transport Suppliers conform to Finning Health and Safety rules.

Work with Supply Chain to ensure inbound / outbound deliveries are co-ordinated to meet ours and customers needs. Targets to align with OTIF, Delivery on time and asset turns.
