An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Risk and Compliance department for a Paralegal to support our Risk Lawyers.
You will primarily support the Risk lawyers dealing with contractual terms imposed on the firm by clients. The group also deals with the completion of client questionnaires, due diligence surveys, client assessments and other client engagement related tasks.
Ideally, you will have previous experience using Intapp Terms and/or Loopio or undertaking document review projects using a variety of document review applications. You will also have the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies with an enthusiasm for technology and innovation.
