IT technical knowledge is not required and all training and development will be provided.

To support you in this role you will be fully trained by our system provider, Epic, on the building blocks of the system that we will deliver. In undertaking this training you will become part of an elite group of Epic trained staff who operate across a wide range of countries and healthcare systems.

We are seeking those who have a strong aptitude for digital systems (Note: No technical or programming experience is required) and are natural born problem solvers. Equally as important to these skills will be your understanding of workflow and processes required in an acute NHS Trust and/or community settings. You must be able to juggle multiple, sometimes conflicting deadlines and maintain strong working relationships across the wider end user community as well as others within the programme team.

Your contract could be with either partner; Guy’s and St Thomas’ or King’s College NHS , offices are based at Waterloo.

Each team will be led by a Configuration and Application Workstream Manager(s) who will be subject matter experts in particular module. You will also work with colleagues in clinical and operational teams, the Data and Analytics Workstream and our Epic Principal Trainers.

You will be invited to take an aptitude test prior to interview. You should not worry about this test – the aim of the test is to ensure we recruit candidates who have the skills in order to succeed in the Epic accreditation following their training.

The Apollo Programme consists of a large number of Lead Analysts assigned into modules. As a Lead Analyst you will configure and deploy assigned modules of the Epic platform, aligning these with new workflows and patient pathways.

As a senior member of the Programme Deployment Team the post holder is responsible for delivering a share of the configuration build as part of the Trust’s extensive clinical transformation programme enabled by a comprehensive integrated EHR, namely, Epic. The post holder will be responsible for:
