Hours Per Week: Monday - Friday 40 Hours
Job Type: Permanent / Full Time
The PPM Manager will be responsible for:
- The execution of planned preventive maintenance, reactive and remedial works
- The management of multi-discipline facilities management work schemes and resources
- Having a proactive attitude to the delivery of contract services and client focused activities
- Updating of company management information systems
- Representing Graham Facilities Management in a professional manner:
- Programming, management and monitoring of PPM, reactive and remedial works in adherence to the contract specification
- Issuing of instructions to and liaising with internal and supply chain resources
- Preparing KPI and operational reports for internal, supply chain and client meetings
- Liaising with client management and site representatives
- Implementating of relevant contract QA procedures and Graham Health and Safety policy
- Implementing of company management information system procedures and providing limited support for those systems
- Building Reactive out of hours rota.
- Taking part in the reactive out of hours escalation for nights/weekends/holiday periods
- Ensuring the above duties and responsibilities are carried out in line with the contract as well as any other adhoc duties that may arise from time to time as agreed with the clients.
Governance
- Updating PPM additions and Deletions, site audits
- Line management of direct engineers, including Induction, Toolbox Talks, vans and equipment, manage attendance, absence, holidays, sign off weekly timesheets and advise Departments as appropriate
- Managing client liaison, queries and complaints
- KPI Monitoring and build PPM tracker
- Approving PPM invoices, pricing of Mini CARs,
- Co-ordinating Snow and Ice services
- Log Book creation
- Liaising with relevant departments – SHEQ, HR, Payroll, monthly reporting to Finance Team
- Working with Sub-Contractors – Induction new SCP’s onto contract, SCP rate agreements, meetings, performance monitoring
- The Completion of PPM, reactive and remedial works on time and to the required standard
- Meeting and exceeding client satisfaction levels
- Preparing and meeting contract KPIs
- Health and Safety Management
- QA management and implementation
- The Successful implementation of company management information systems
- Meeting contract targets
Essential Criteria
- Demonstrate exceptional performance in a previous facilitates management role
- Experience of working in a client facing role
- Possess technical knowledge on a wife variety of building services and M&E disciplines
- IT literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (in particular Excel)
Desirable Criteria
- 3rd level qualification within the building environment
- Associate member of a professional body
- Experience of using bespoke CAFM or business management software
