Part Time Administrative Assistant
The post is base at Suite 12, St Michaels Court, St Michaels Square, Ashton Under Lyne.
Main Duties.
The main duties of the post are to assist the management team in running a small office and provide administrative support. Responsibilities are: -
1. Maintaining the digital accounts software
2. Creating invoices from support workers signing in sheets
3. The preparation and sending of payroll information to Payroll Company and bank.
4. The recording and monitoring of employee holidays and sickness
5. Collating and preparing contractual information, re service delivery.
6. Creating and updating human resource files.
7. Maintaining staffing training records
8. Assisting with the administration of training courses
9. Dealing with telephone and personal enquires.
10. The recording of petty cash and other financial transactions as required.
11. The circulation of promotional material.
12. The recordings of meetings and agendas etc.
13. The ordering or purchasing of stationery.
14. Such other duties as may from time to time be agreed.
15. Need knowledge of Microsoft 365 (office).
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
Salary: From £11.00 per hour

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
Language:
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
