2fawcett have an exciting opportunity for a factory supervisor to join an innovative manufacturing company. The supervisor will have a hands on approach and provide key support to the management team in the responsibility for production output. The successful candidate will be proactive, consistent, process driven and have a keen eye for detail.
Duties and responsibilities of the Factory Supervisor
· Managing production operatives and employees to improve daily productivity
· Delegation of responsibilities to effectively ensure effective output
· Overseeing and coaching employees
· Work with the production manager to reports submit performance reports
· Organising the training of new employees and cross training
· process management and implementation to ensure production deadlines are met
· Checking all machinery is in good working order
· Making sure daily checks are completed and reported
Attributes of the Factory Supervisor
· An energetic and proactive hands on approach to management
· A good communicator across all levels to effectively communicate with employees, clients and third parties
· A good knowledge of production process
· Production target driven and hard working
· Strong team player
Role Full time, permanent position
Hours Monday – Friday 7am-4pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000.00 +
