About us
A number of exciting opportunities have arisen to join our Housing Solutions Team to deliver an exciting and high-profile project that will support households to move out of temporary accommodation into more sustainable housing solutions. We will do this by working in partnership with customers, putting their priorities at the heart of our conversations and supporting them to take difficult but positive actions.
We are looking for positive, adaptable and resilient individuals with experience of working in a housing role in a local authority, housing association or other agency and a good understanding of the Housing Act 1996.
About You
You will be a team player capable of working in a busy and varied environment. You will use your detailed knowledge of the Housing Act 1996 and excellent assessment skills to complete high quality decisions that will stand up to scrutiny. You will also have strong communication and negotiating skills that will allow you work with customers to achieve positive outcomes.
