We are a leading UK manufacturer of pastry and dough products based in a brand-new state-of-the-art food manufacturing plant based in Corby. We proudly supply a wide range of pastry, pizza dough, cookies and brownies to all retailers in the UK.

We are urgently seeking a Supply Chain Administrator to join our small friendly supply chain team on a permanent basis.

The role will be responsible for managing the invoicing process using a digital EDI platform which is familiar for those working with the top UK retailers and for ensuring the manual invoice process is completed using our in-house system Navision. The role is responsible for monitoring, analysing and reconciling the stock sent to our distributors for both Pastry and Pancakes and will ensure the stock is received, reviewed and delivered to the customer. In addition, the role is responsible for the creation of our imports and exports customs documentation.

The successful candidate will have a logical approach, good problem-solving skills, an eye for detail and confidently be able to us Excel. This is a great opportunity to join as fast paced food manufacturing operation working with our friendly supply chain team. So, if you can confidently use Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, can navigate online portals, have a logical approach to your workload and love problem solving, this role could be for you.

The role will be 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, ideally 8:30 to 5pm, however we could be flexible on start and finish times for the right candidate. Salary starting from £12 per hour.
