Due to continued growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Apprentice to join our award winning marketing team. Office based - Hours 0830 - 1700 Monday to friday.
Duties
How you will make a difference...
To support the Marketing Manager and the Department in ensuring the positive promotion of the Instarmac Group name and the product brands.
- Work with POS fulfilment agency and manage stock of all items including:
o Foamex boards
o Banners
o Samples
o Posters
o Stands
o Brochures and literature
- Product updates to the brand websites, Product Planner app and InstaHub.
- Updating internal digital systems with images and documentation including:
o Product Datasheets
o Product Calculators
o UKCA and CE certificates
o Export Documentation
- Support the Campaign Manager with the organisation of training events, trade shows or exhibitions including digital events.
- Support the Sales team by creating presentations and customer collateral.
- Support the Content Manager with the generation of internal. communications including digital messages, corporate signage, HR content and the publication of the Internal marketing newsletter.
- Management of the branded promotional gifts.
- Day to day monitoring of the company’s social media presence.
- Monitoring, and report on, competitors social media activities and identify new opportunities.
- General administration including web, email and telephone enquiries and collating information as required.
- Managing and updating the brand guidelines document and ensuring all communication and messages adhere to the brand identity.
