Job Description
Doctors Direct have new opportunities for SHO's with Neurosurgery experience at Oxford university Hospitals.
Duties will include:
- As well as taking part in the Movement Disorder/Pain programme; Fellows will undertake ward rounds, ward cover if required.
- The care of patients on the wards, in the theatres and at out-patient clinics as appropriate to the grade of the post and under the direction of the consultants responsible, involving:
- Operating sessions
- Attendance at ward rounds and routine ward work
- Outpatient clinics
The details of the role are:
- Grade: SHO
- Location: Oxford
- Start date: ASAP on going until further notice.
- Days per week: Monday - Friday (30-40 hours per week)
- Shift pattern: 7:45-17:00/19:30-8:00 (client will accept candidates part time 3-4 days per week)
- Rates: £35-£50 per hour
Doctors Direct recruit to the highest of NHS standards and all candidates applying for this role must have the following:
- Valid GMC
- Right to work in the UK
- Clinical attachment complete
- Minimum of 3 months paid experience in the NHS/UK
