This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced growing department, with a state-of-the-art new build facility mirroring sector working.
The ideal candidate will have significant industry experience, within the Motor Vehicle sector, and have a high level of drive and enthusiasm which is essential to effectively supporting learners in their journey.
You would be responsible for a caseload of learners participating in Motor Vehicle training and contribute to the design and delivery of their learning programmes and assessments, to enable them to successfully achieve their qualifications. You will have a key role in developing learners to achieve their learning goals and inspiring them to overcome barriers
The Taking Teaching Further programme is a national initiative to attract experienced industry professionals with expert technical knowledge and skills to work in Further Education (FE). The successful candidate will be employed by Stockton Riverside College group and will be fully supported to develop the skills required to successfully achieve a Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training within two years of the commencement of their post.
