Job Description

Are you passionate and driven, and looking to take the next step in your career at a company where you can really make your mark?

Kew Workshop is a family-owned and operated business that prides itself on delivering exceptional results through a personable approach to set design and construction. With a rich legacy spanning 45 years, our team has established a reputation for quality and creativity in building scenic environments for a wide range of events, including award ceremonies, conferences, roadshows, exhibitions, and brand experiences. Our extensive experience and dedication to customer satisfaction have earned us a distinguished standing in the events industry, and we continue to uphold our commitment to delivering outstanding service to our valued clients.

We are now recruiting for an experienced Event Operations and Logistics to join our team, based in Isleworth. We are a supportive, close-knit team who enjoys doing what we do and having a laugh along the way. Everyone is encouraged to be themselves and input into the organisation at all levels.

Working alongside our Workshop and Creative Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the journey of an event - from managing operational requirements, project timelines, resource allocation and logistics, to liaising with key stakeholders. The role will require you to work 2 full days a week (office based), or 4 half days (with some flexibility with regards to hybrid working).

We are looking for a motivated team member that is interested in a long-term career with Kew Workshop and who wants to grow with us. In return, we offer a competitive salary (£29,000-£35,000 pro-rata, depending on experience), 25 days’ holiday + bank holidays, pension, free parking (but there is great public transport links if you prefer), the potential for flexible hybrid working, and the opportunity for career progression and development.
