Job Description
We are looking to recruit a fitness professional to deliver chair based exercise at care homes in and around York. The job has flexible hours to suit the applicant and earning potential is in proportion to workload undertaken.
Gfitness is the UK's largest provider of exercise professionals who deliver health and exercise content to the care sector. We have a substantial team and are always looking for applicants with the following:

- Motivation - keen to help others and promote health and well-being
- Confidence - able to lead group sessions for vulnerable people and manage potentially challenging behaviours
- Empathy - an understanding and compassion for those living in care
Applicants will need:
- A DBS check
- Full Driving License and vehicle
- A minimum level 2 or equivalent in fitness instruction
- Relevant qualifications in delivering exercise for vulnerable adults such as 'Chair Based Exercise' or 'Exercise for Special Populations'
- An in-date and appropriate insurance policy
