Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Order Processing Coordinator to join our clients thriving business and exhilarating industry! Our client, a well-established multinational entity is seeking an enthusiastic individual to facilitate seamless sales operations.

As a Sales Order Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage. With your exceptional organisational skills, you will be responsible for coordinating order processing, liaising with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery. Your keen attention to detail will guarantee customer satisfaction and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end sales order process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate with various internal teams, such as sales, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Process customer orders accurately, verifying pricing, quantities, and product information.
  • Communicate order status updates to customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear and prompt communication.
  • Handle order changes, cancellations, and returns in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain and update sales order records and documentation for easy reference and audit purposes.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any order-related concerns.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and overall customer satisfaction goals.
