Post Completions Assistant - Oxfordshire.
An opportunity has come up for a post completions assistant to join a firm in the Henley-on-Thames area of Oxfordshire.
Experience of working within post completions teams in your current or previous roles.
Duties in this role may include:-
- SDLT returns
- Registrations with the Land Registry
- Dealing with requisitions raised by the Land Registry
- Closing and archiving files
- Dealing with residual balances
Excellent progression prospects are envisaged within a team who take pride in their approach to staff development and support.
