Enthusiastic and enabling support worker required for an adult male in the Romiley area of Stockport.
Amber Case Management Ltd (ACM) is a Case Management company who specialise in working with clients who have sustained a brain injury or catastrophic injury. We are based in the North West of England but work with clients across the U.K.
Our client “L” is a 58 year old man with an acquired brain injury living in the Romiley area.
“L” lives in his own adapted bungalow, he requires 1:1 support 24 hours per day.
“L” is an outgoing man, with a great sense of humour. He enjoys weekends away, he particularly loves listening to music and likes to engage in different and fun activities like disability skiing and axe throwing.
Our client is a wheelchair user and requires assistance with all aspects of personal care and activities of daily living.
A driver is essential for the role along with a full, enhanced DBS check. We will apply for this if you are not on the online DBS update service.
You must be able to work days, nights (sleeping) and weekends.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills while supporting our client in his own home, and in the community.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £13.00 per hour weekdays and £14.00 per hour weekends
Sleeping shifts Weekdays £85.00 per shift, weekends £95.00 per shift
