We have an exciting opportunity to join our Finance team as a Treasury and Financial Accounts Analyst on a 6-month fixed term basis (or secondment)! In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of inter-company reconciliation in Avanti and plays a key part in the period end process that happens across First Group in relation to inter-company.
Key accountabilities for this role include:
- Period end inter-company reconciliation and associated inter-company work being a key contact with other First Group companies for all inter-company queries.
- Reviewing inter-company process for process improvements
- Balance sheet reconciliations for payroll and pensions
- Annual completion of P11Ds
- Provide support to the Financial Accounting Manager in other areas including cash flow forecasting and reporting.
You will be able to demonstrate:
- ACCA part or fully qualified
- Strong background of balance sheet reconciliations preferably including inter-company reconciliations
- Experience of working to tight deadlines during the period end process
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal with strong attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build solid working relationships across Avanti and First Group
