Job Description
Working with the Senior Digital Marketing Executive on the development and execution of email, and social media campaigns with an aim to increase engagement from our B2C customers base.
Key responsibilties:
Email Marketing
· Creation and implementation of the weekly and monthly email marketing campaigns against our email marketing strategy.
· Design best in-class templates to hit operate and engagement objectives.
· Ensuring messaging and content is accurate and compelling for our audiences.
· Working with and supporting Digital Marketing Manager and Senior Marketing Executive in strategic audience segmentation across our emailable base to align with email marketing strategy.
· Frequently report on commercial email performance and suggest areas for improvement, making data led decisions, which enhance the effectiveness of each campaign.
· Work with other teams across the business to meet email demand, which may include frequently emailing existing customers (our drivers) and, occasionally, working to extremely tight deadlines with stakeholders at little notice.
· Creation and implementation of weekly and monthly email marketing campaigns to our existing B2B emailable base.
Social Media
Our social media profiles are jointly managed within the team. As an adhoc responsibility, you may be required to:
· Community management of social profiles, often involving the need to liaise with other departments across the business to provide effective customer service.
· Spot opportunities to jump in on industry conversations and discussions, and enhance our online presence during national PR campaigns.
The successful candidate will sit within a friendly and close-knit marketing team and will be expected to work with other team members across the business for different campaigns, and will be able to work effectively within an often high-pressure and time sensitive environment.
This is the perfect role for a junior Digital Marketing or Email Marketing Executive who is ready gain more experience in market leading email software including SalesForce and Pardot.

Salary: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
