Shift pattern: Rotational 0600-1400 and 1400-2200 5 days from 7

DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Warehouse OMS FLM to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements. To succeed in this role, you should have a comprehensive knowledge of supply chain supervisory practices and a demonstrative understanding of warehouse procedures, including storing goods and dispatching orders.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
- Ensure the Warehouse Operation is resourced sufficiently to achieve volume throughputs and is in line with the operational budget
- Co-ordinate activities for Warehouse FLMs in terms of planning Performance Reviews & one to one meetings
- Accurately reporting shift status information on a 2 hourly basis
- Monitor and analyse Colleague performance data on a real time basis and report anomalies accordingly

- Experience working in a Supply Chain Environment
- Positive, Focussed, Can Do attitude, Right First time and deliver work with passion
- Computer literate with a practical knowledge of logistics software packages
