Hours of work Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 9am 3pm.
We’ve got an exciting temporary part-time opportunity for an enthusiastic and confident person to join our Lynch wood, Peterborough based Client.
You will be based in the office and will ensure the smooth running of a professional and engaging office space for employees and visitors. This is a key role in terms of being the first point of contact for visitors and setting a great first impression.
Duties include:
Manage all telephone calls to the company switchboard.
First point of contact for visitors, couriers & contractors.
Manage the pool cars, including servicing, MOT’s and general upkeep of the vehicle.
Maintaining all social spaces to a clean and tidy standard
Maintain the day to day running of the office and replenish office & kitchen supplies.
Manage incoming & outgoing post.
Daily checks of all meeting rooms, stationery & post room to ensure they are kept clean and tidy.
Managing general waste management
Assisting Facilities with Health and Safety duties and administration
Key requirements:
Experience of administration and office work, reception and / or customer services experience in an office environment.
Approachable and personable communicator with the ability to consistently build excellent working relationships at all levels.
Strong organisational and planning skills with the resilience required to deliver great results in a busy environment.
Excellent command of IT skills and the Microsoft packages.
