We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our socially conscious mug business. Our company is dedicated to making a positive impact on water scarcity issues worldwide by donating 50% of our profits to a blockchain-powered charitable organization. We offer two different structures for this role, allowing you to choose what aligns best with your goals and interests.
Option 1: Licensing and Royalties In this arrangement, we would license your designs and pay you royalties based on the number of products sold featuring your designs. This option allows you to retain your independence and work as a freelance designer. You would receive compensation based on the success of the products in the market.
Option 2: Equity Partnership Alternatively, we can explore a more involved and long-term collaboration. By becoming a director and partner in GrowAer LTD., you would have the opportunity to directly profit from the business's success. This option offers a greater level of involvement and responsibility as a co-owner, and the financial compensation would be tied to the overall performance and growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media marketing strategy to promote our unique collection of region-themed mugs and highlight our mission to address global water shortages.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Pinterest.
- Craft compelling and concise copy that effectively communicates the value of our mugs, the charitable aspect of our business, and the transparency provided by blockchain technology.
- Manage and maintain our social media accounts, ensuring consistent and relevant posting schedules, and promptly respond to comments, inquiries, and messages.
- Implement strategies to increase our social media following, reach, and engagement, while targeting specific demographics and interest groups.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure visually captivating content aligns with our brand image and effectively showcases the natural beauty and culture associated with each region-themed collection.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry developments, emerging social media platforms, and innovative marketing techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a track record of successfully managing social media platforms and driving engagement.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their algorithms, best practices, and emerging trends.
- Strong creative writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging to different platforms and target audiences.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics tools to monitor performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Passion for social impact and understanding of global water scarcity issues.
- Familiarity with blockchain technology and its applications in enhancing transparency and accountability is a plus.
- Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
