You will have your regular clients with 1-hour visits to enable great rapport and relationship building, no running from client to client giving you time to make the difference to someone's day.
The opportunity to have a truly meaningful impact on our clients well being. As a care at home care professional, you will visit the clients homes to provide a range of services which enable them to live independently.
Responsibilities may include:

Companionship and wellbeing support

Help with everyday tasks from cooking a meal to light housework

Helping your client access their community by accompanying them to the shops or appointments or lunching out.

Help with washing, dressing or showering if required.
Qualifications
No qualifications or experience required, we will provide you with award winning training to gain your care certificate and encourage you to carry on with NVQ'S if you would like to.
Contribute to a positive living environment to enhance a client's quality of life.
Caring and empathetic nature always willing to go the extra mile and to make a difference to an elderly persons day.
Good working commitment to fit around the needs of the clients which means being reliable and an excellent timekeeper.
As some of our clients attend appointments, social clubs, coffee mornings or just fancy a drive out into the country side we do require you to have a full licence and access to a vehicle.
Additional Information
We provide you with full PPE and paid for DBS. No uniform, just your own comfortable clothing.
Paid mileage, double pay for bank holidays, holiday pay, Wellbeing and free counselling service, store discounts and 24/7 support from the office team, should you need it.
