The FM and Maintenance Manager would work on a wide range of properties ranging from the flagship stores which can be up to 5000 sqm , through to concessions and the company’s office buildings. It is a small portfolio in terms of store numbers because the focus here is on quality rather than quantity. The company’s clientele expect the best so the buildings must run smoothly at all times.

We need someone who has a keen eye for detail as well as good organisational and communication skills. Luxury retail or luxury hotel experience would be advantageous.


Salary up to £65K plus benefits.
