Job Description
We are a Flatshare specialised agency and we are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Agent.
As an Agent, you will be responsible for helping our clients navigate the often-complex process letting a room or flat. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and use your expertise to guide them through every step of the transaction.
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and help them find properties that meet their criteria.
- Guide clients through the buying and selling process, including negotiations, inspections, and paperwork.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, and provide ongoing support and communication throughout the process.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and changes, and use this knowledge to advise clients and make informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with other members of the team.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
