As a Master of your Craft …

You will be the driving force behind the planning and development of menus & concepts and display a passionate approach towards the improvement of new methods of service.

Ideally you will have experience working in a high volume environment
- Ability to provide leadership through leading by example, empowering your team, and providing an inspiring service culture.

Communicate effectively with both our internal and external guests & suppliers (including hotel colleagues)

Manage & develop your team through the planning & execution of holidays, payroll & rotas, recruitment, induction, training, appraisals & performance management.

Apply your knowledge & share best practice regarding quality control, health & safety, efficiency & profitability.
As our Executive Chef, you will receive:
