FULL TRAINING PROVIDED
Weber Packaging Solutions is a major international manufacturer of labels and labelling machines. We are looking to further expand our workforce in Tranent with machine operators to produce Blank Labels.
FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED. FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.
General Factory Operatives will:
- work in our Finishing & Inspection Section
- set up label finishing machines in accordance with the allocated Job Sheet.
- Monitor machines for label irregularities
- Ensure quality control of the finished product to ensure it meets the specifications outlined in the blueprints/ job sheets
- Troubleshoot Machine Malfunctions and Complete Minor Repairs.
- Follow all safety rules at all times, which includes regular machine maintenance and keeping a clean work area.
- Ensure production paperwork is completed accurately
- Cover for other General Factory Operative staff in Despatch & Press Sections
- Undertake other relevant duties as required
IMMEDIATE STARTS
You will need to demonstrate basic literacy and numeracy.
There is a shift system in place, which is currently a 4 day week Monday to Friday.

Salary: £21,673.00-£24,398.00 per year
