Located within BT’s Colleague Services unit, this is an exciting platform and customer support role in which you'll join a high-profile team of skilled professionals working together to deliver Identity and Access related services to the whole of BT. The platform you’ll support integrates directly with our HR functions and ensures that new joiners have the access and equipment they need when they join, as well as facilitating the requesting, approval and provisioning of role-specific access for over a hundred thousand employees in every part of the company. We also help keep BT safe by ensuring access rights are revalidated periodically and removed when an employee leaves.
