We are looking for a Junior Content Creator and Copywriter to work for a well-established finance company based in Hinckley (LE10). This position offers the opportunity for you to either work remote, hybrid or based in the head office in Hinckley.

Your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:
– Review all customer communications to ensure they are clear, use plain English and use a consistent format.
– Analyse communications, review for accessibility and clarity.
– Responsible for the upkeep of the Tone of Voice. Identify any elements that should be added to the tone of voice or any common issues with the copy written which should be addressed through staff training.
– Track changes in the documents so we can see all amends.
– Note any common changes/mistakes
– Note how long it takes to fully review a piece of content. Report the average time it takes to review in order to understand how long it might take to review all the Society’s communications.
