What you will do:
Deeply analyzing customer needs and business problems to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Rapidly developing impactful and elegant solutions to address specific challenges, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Thinking strategically about the product from a high-level perspective, connecting the missing dots to create a cohesive and comprehensive solution.
Taking full ownership of the product development cycle, from ideation and design to review, feedback, and testing, all the way through to release.
Collaborating closely with our team of highly talented Product Designers and Engineers to bring your vision to life.
Above all, being an integral part of our journey to redefine the way people work globally.
What we’re looking for:
Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a scale-up or start-up setting.
Demonstrated ability to be an independent and autonomous leader, driving complex projects forward and making informed decisions.
Experience with complex compliance-related products, as our platform deals with intricacies and regulations associated with global payroll management.
Strong understanding of both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles, ensuring that our platform delivers intuitive and visually appealing solutions.
